Xaos Tools: Production software start-up.

As Director of User Satisfaction my team was responsible for quality assurance, documentation, installations, and support of all Xaos Tools products (for both business and consumer clients).

Xaos Tools was created to productize special effect software developed by Xaos, Inc. The most popular products were Paint Alchemy and Terrazzo, both Photoshop Plug-Ins for consumers. The original products were Pandemonium and nTitle, specifically designed for professional video production special effects and released on the Silicon Graphics workstation.

I was one of the first employees who was not a developer, and helped to grow the company and create customer-ready products. I established all processes and procedures for managing the development of commercial software products, establishing best practices for testing, release management, documentation, installers, and production.
